Although our products are designed for everyday use and built with quality materials, unexpected manufacturing defects may occasionally occur. This Limited Warranty explains the coverage available for eligible products and reflects our commitment to providing dependable support when genuine defects arise.

Our products are manufactured using carefully selected materials and modern production techniques to provide lasting performance under normal conditions of use. To support your purchase, we offer a limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects for one year from the original date of purchase. After the warranty period expires, coverage is no longer available, as product availability, materials, and production specifications may change over time, making replacements impractical.

If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Every warranty request is reviewed individually to determine whether the issue is covered under this policy. To help us evaluate your claim, please provide proof of purchase, a detailed explanation of the problem, and clear photographs showing the affected area of the product. Additional information may be requested if necessary to complete the assessment.

This warranty applies only to defects resulting from manufacturing or workmanship under normal intended use. It does not cover damage caused by ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning methods, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to follow normal care recommendations. Minor scratches, stains, fading, discoloration, softening of materials through regular use, and other expected signs of aging are considered normal characteristics and are not covered by this warranty.

Damage occurring during transportation by third-party carriers, including shipping companies, airlines, or other delivery services after the product has been transferred to their possession, is not covered under this warranty. If damage occurs during transit, customers should report the issue directly to the responsible carrier in accordance with that carrier’s claims procedures. Likewise, loss, theft, or damage resulting from circumstances outside normal product use is excluded from warranty coverage.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale marketplaces, liquidation sales, auction websites, or other unapproved sources are not eligible for warranty service. In addition, products identified as final sale, clearance merchandise, or non-returnable promotional items may be excluded from warranty coverage unless otherwise required by applicable law. Proof of purchase from an authorized retail source may be required before any warranty claim can be approved.

If a warranty claim is determined to be valid, we will decide the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the defect and current product availability. Remedies may include repairing the product when feasible, providing a replacement of the same or comparable model, or issuing store credit equal to the original purchase price of the product. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other incidental fees are generally not included in warranty compensation unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If the original product is no longer available due to discontinuation, inventory limitations, or design changes, a comparable replacement may be offered at our discretion. When an equivalent replacement cannot reasonably be provided, store credit may be issued instead. All warranty decisions are made following a careful review of the submitted documentation and the specific circumstances of each claim.

This Limited Warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and cannot be renewed or extended through product replacement or warranty service. Any replacement product provided under this warranty will remain covered only for the balance of the original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided for the product and replaces any other express warranties. Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration permitted by applicable law. We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the product, including loss of use, inconvenience, or other related expenses, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
